Payment Terms
Horizon will send an invoice to you in respect of the Products following the despatch of the Products to you.  All invoices must be paid by you, in cleared funds, without any deduction or set off, to the account specified in the invoice within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the invoice.

Order Confirmation
We will confirm receipt of all orders by email or fax and provide an expected delivery date.  We will send a second email to confirm the despatch of your goods. All email correspondence is sent to the shipping AND billing address if both are supplied.

Information required for your order
To process your order we will require:

• Credit Card or Purchase Order Number
• Product code(s)
• Shipping address
• Billing address
• Contact Telephone number
• Contact Email or Fax number to confirm receipt of order

Purchase Order Number
This is your internal purchase order reference number (PON) that we will use on our invoice sent to your billing address. Therefore, it is essential that a PON is provided for all non-credit card payments to allow us to process your order.

If your organization does not use formal PONs please enter your initials and today’s date in the PON field. 

Payment Options
We accept credit card, check, bank and wire transfer as methods of payment. Please  Contact Us if you have any questions.  “How to pay” details and instructions will be described on your invoice and sent to your billing address.

VAT Charges
Our online prices are exclusive of VAT and VAT only applies to customers in the European Union (EU).

UK Customers: We must charge VAT unless your organization is VAT exempt. We will require a copy of your VAT exemption certificate with your order. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

EU Customers outside the UK: We must charge VAT unless your organization is registered. We will require the VAT number with your order. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
